Binance Simple Earn is excited to launch two new promotions for NEAR on Locked Products! Complete subscriptions to NEAR on Simple Earn Locked Products from 2023-04-28 at 12:00 (UTC) to receive APR rewards daily and a share of the 34,000 NEAR prize pool!
Subscription Format: Complete subscription on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms below.
Reward Calculation Period: From 00:00 (UTC) on the day after completing subscription to Locked Products, until the end of the subscription period.
Reward Payout Time: On a daily basis.

Please note:
Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products to Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period. The value of digital assets/digital currencies fluctuates and is subject to change.
Users can view their Locked Products assets by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.
Users can enable the “Auto-Subscribe” function before completing subscriptions to Locked Products, which will automatically renew their existing Locked Products position into a new position of the same duration upon expiry.
Redemption time for Locked Products subscriptions: One day.

About early redemption for Locked Products subscriptions: Users can choose to redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to the spot account, and users will not be entitled to any rewards. Any distributed rewards will be deducted from the refunded principal. It may take 48-72 hours to receive the digital assets.
Promotion 1: Buy and Subscribe to NEAR Locked Products to Each Receive 5 NEAR in Token Vouchers!
Promotion Period: 2023-04-28 12:00 (UTC) to 2023-05-12 11:59 (UTC)
During the promotion period, only users who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible to participate in this promotion:
Attain a net purchase amount of 50 NEAR or more (where net purchase amount means the total amount of NEAR purchased on Binance Spot less the amount of NEAR sold on Binance Spot).
Subscribe to 30, 60, 90, or 120 days of NEAR Locked Products.
All eligible users will be ranked by their net subscription amount to NEAR Locked Products during the Promotion Period, where net subscription amount means the total amount of NEAR subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products less the amount of NEAR redeemed from Simple Earn Locked Products. The top 200 eligible users will each receive a 5 NEAR token voucher.
Promotion 2: NEAR Locked Products Airdrop
Promotion Period: 2023-04-29 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-05-12 00:00 (UTC)
During the promotion period, only users who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible to participate in this promotion:
Users who have not participated in Binance Simple Earn Flexible Products or Locked Products before the start of the promotion period.
Users who have completed identity verification.
Hold NEAR in their spot wallets.
Binance will take a snapshot of all eligible users who carry NEAR holdings in their spot wallets at 2023-04-29 00:00 (UTC) and 2023-05-12 00:00 (UTC).
The top 55,000 eligible users ranked by their NEAR holdings in their spot wallets at 2023-04-29 00:00 (UTC), will each receive 0.3 NEAR via Simple Earn Locked Products.
Similarly, the top 55,000 eligible users ranked by their NEAR holdings in their spot wallets at 2023-05-12 00:00 (UTC), will each receive 0.3 NEAR via Simple Earn Locked Products.
Please note: Each eligible user will qualify to receive a maximum of one NEAR Locked Products position from Promotion 2 only.

Promotion 1:
The NEAR rewards for Promotion 1 will be allocated in token vouchers to eligible users within three weeks after the Promotion ends. Users can see their token voucher rewards by selecting Account > Reward Center.
All the distributed token vouchers will expire within 14 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their voucher rewards before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a token voucher.
Promotion 2:
The NEAR rewards for Promotion 2 will be automatically distributed as Locked Products to eligible users within three weeks after the Promotion ends. The 0.3 NEAR airdrop is a locked subscription to NEAR Locked Products of 150 days with 10% APR. Please note that this airdrop cannot be redeemed early. Users may check the reward by going to Wallets > Earn > Simple Earn > Locked.
Each eligible user will qualify to receive a maximum of one NEAR Locked Product position from Promotion 2 only.
Upon expiry of the Locked Products position, the digital assets/digital currencies will be moved to Simple Earn Flexible Products.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
