Promotion Period: 2022-06-10 00:00 to 2022-10-31 23:59 (UTC)
The first 10,000 eligible new Binance Card users and the first 10,000 existing Binance Card users who fulfill the respective Eligibility Criteria and confirm their participation by filling in this form by 2022-06-30 23:59 (UTC), will be eligible to participate in the Binance Card New Cashback Program to receive cashback based on their monthly Binance Card transaction amount and monthly average BNB holding.

Please note:
- The cashback ratio for Card Level 1 has increased from 0.1% to 1%, with the introduction of the Binance Card New Cashback Program.
- For Card Levels 1 to 3:
- Eligible users may fulfill either the monthly average BNB holding requirement or the monthly Binance Card transaction amount requirement stipulated in the above table, to qualify for Card Levels 1-3 and receive cashback on their Binance Card spending.
- For example, an eligible user who has a monthly Binance Card transaction amount of 900 EUR falls under Card Level 2. The user will thus qualify for 2% cashback on their Binance Card spending, even without any BNB holdings.
- If eligible users do not spend with their Binance Cards (i.e. zero Binance Card transactions), there will not be any cashback even if users fulfill the Monthly Average BNB Holding Amount requirement and qualify for one of the above Card Levels.
Please note that only users who receive an email within five working days after filling in the form will be eligible for the Binance Card New Cashback Program and receive cashback on a monthly basis during the promotion period.
Eligibility Criteria for New Binance Card Users (10,000 users):
- Non-Binance Card users must sign up for a Binance Card from 2022-06-10 00:00 till 2022-06-30 23:59 (UTC).
- Have at least four months of trading history on Binance from 2021-06-01 00:00 till 2022-05-31 23:59 (UTC).
- Have less than one BNB of the monthly average BNB holding at the point of registration.
Eligibility Criteria for Existing Binance Card Users (10,000 users):
- Existing Binance Card users must have less than eight months of card usage from 2021-06-01 00:00 till 2022-05-31 23:59 (UTC).
- Have at least four months of trading history on Binance from 2021-06-01 00:00 till 2022-05-31 23:59 (UTC).
- Have less than one BNB of the monthly average BNB holding at the point of registration.

- This promotion applies to only users in EEA countries, except for Germany, The Netherlands, and Binance Refugee Crypto Card holders.
- The first 10,000 eligible new Binance Card users and the first 10,000 eligible existing Binance Card users who register their participation by 2022-06-30 23:59 (UTC) and receive an email within five working days of registration, will qualify for the Binance Card New Cashback Program.
- Cashback will be distributed monthly in the form of BNB within 14 days after the end of each month. You will be able to log in and check your cashback via Card Dashboard.
- Participants will be notified via email on the cashback amount they will receive on a monthly basis.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing any signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.
- Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
