Registration Requirement:

• Users must verify their accounts to participate. Please register here if you do not have a Binance Account.
• Participants must have completed trades of at least 500 USDT equivalent on Futures since 2022-01-01 00:00 (UTC).

Dynamic Prize Pool Amount (in BUSD):

The total prize pool for each competition is dynamic and will be determined based on the total number of participants. The prize pool will keep increasing as the number of participants increase, with the maximum prize pool being 1,800,000 BUSD tokens.

*Note: For the Record-Breakers activity, only eligible participating teams may share the Record-Breakers Prize Pool, while qualified individual users may stand to receive Futures Cashback Vouchers instead. Each Futures Cashback Voucher is capped at a value of 1,000 USDT. Read on for more details.

A Token of the Day will be announced every day for participants to trade to earn more benefits.

Activity A: Referral Challenge - 1,400 Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFT Mystery Boxes to Be Won!

Between 2022-05-23 00:00 to 2022-05-29 23:59 (UTC), users who register for the Futures Grand Tournament can accumulate Referral Challenge Points according to the rules in the table below. Participants who accumulate 8 points per day shall qualify to enter a daily challenge, where 200 winners will be selected daily based on the rules to each win a Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFT for seven days. The Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFT comes in 16 types and four rarity levels: Super Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R), and Normal (N).

Referral Challenge Points Accumulation Rules:

During the Competition Period, profit calculation from Token of the Day Futures contracts will vary depending on whether one holds a Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFT, as well as the rarity of the NFT held. The profit from Token of the Day Futures contracts will be multiplied by a coefficient, according to the table below:

• There is no limit to the points that each participant can accumulate every day.
• You will receive Referral Challenge Points only when your referrals get their accounts verified. Verification usually takes several days after necessary documents are submitted.

Activity B.1: Team Competition - Trade Futures Alongside Your Team to Share Up to 1,200,000 BUSD!

All teams trading COIN-M and USDⓈ-M contracts on Binance Futures during the Competition Period will be ranked based on their total sum of Team Daily PNL. Team Daily PNL is calculated by adding up the PNL of the top ten eligible users for the day, who accumulate the highest trading volume on Futures during the Competition Period.

Please note:

• An eligible user is a user whose daily trading volume on Futures is at least 30,000 USDT equivalent during the activity period.
• If less than ten team members meet the above criterion, the daily PNL of all eligible members will be recorded.
• During the Competition Period, the profit calculation from trades in Token of the Day Futures contracts will vary, depending on whether one holds a Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFT, as well as the rarity of the NFT held. Depending on the rarity of the NFT held, these NFT holders’ profit from Token of the Day Futures contracts will be multiplied by a coefficient, which thereby affects the calculation of daily PNL.

Notes for Team Leader:

• In addition to the prizes, winning Team Leaders may as well receive publicity exposure from Binance.
• There is no limit on the size of each team.
• Once your team is created, you will not be able to make any further changes to the input details, unless the team has less than ten members after 2022-05-30 00:00 AM (UTC). You can raise a Customer Support request to disband your team after 2022-05-30 00:00 AM (UTC). After the team is disbanded, you and your members will be free to join other teams.
• You will be able to continue adding team members after the Competition Period starts.
• Use your team referral link to invite people to join your team and record them as your referrals; existing Binance Futures users who join your team without using your referral link will not be recorded as your referrals.
• After registration, the team leaders will be automatically added into the Team Chat Room. During the Competition Period, team leaders can use the Team Chat Room to review team’s performance and provide guidance on how to trade on Binance Futures.
• Please note that the analysis provided by team leaders is not representative of the views of Binance in any way. Binance will not be held liable for any trading losses experienced by team members following guidance from team leaders.

Notes for All Team Members:

• Team Members can choose to join their favorite team from the Futures Grand Tournament landing page.
• Team Members will not be able to change teams after joining unless the team fails to reach 10 members after the Competition Period begins and the Team Leader decides to disband the team.
• Team Members can join any team at any point during the Competition Period.
• Use your team referral link to invite people to join your team and record them as your referrals; existing Binance Futures users who join your team without using your referral link will not be recorded as your referrals.
• After registration, team members will be automatically added into the Team Chat Room.

Activity B.2: Individual Bout - Daily ROI Rewards to Be Won!

All Individual Bout participants with a minimum daily trading volume of 10,000 USDT equivalent across COIN-M and USDⓈ-M contracts on Binance Futures during the Competition Period will be ranked based on their daily ROI. There are a total of 15 qualifying periods, starting at 2022-05-30 00:00 (UTC). Each qualifying period will go on for 24 hours.

• Each Individual Daily Prize Pool is one fifteenth of the Individual Bout Prize Pool, which keeps increasing with an increase in the number of participants. The Individual Bout Prize Pool is capped at $300,000 in BUSD tokens.
• Depending on whether one holds Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFT, as well as the rarity of the NFT held, the daily profit calculation from Token of the Day Futures contracts will be multiplied by a coefficient when calculating the daily ROI for the tournament, according to the table below:

Activity B.3: Record-Breakers - Break Team and Individual Records to Receive Exclusive Rewards!

In this activity, participating users can stand to share exclusive rewards by breaking the existing total team trading volume record of Futures Grand Tournament Nov 2021, as well as their personal daily trading volume record on Binance Futures.

Participating teams who break the total team trading volume record of Futures Grand Tournament Nov 2021 will stand to equally split the corresponding Record-Breakers Prize Pool unlocked and receive exclusive NFTs.

Please note that:

• The previous record for the total team trading volume attained in Futures Grand Tournament Nov 2021 will be announced here.
• Only team members who participate in the tournament before 2022-06-07 23:59 (UTC) will qualify for sharing the team rewards of this activity.
• If there is no team who can break the historical total team trading volume record by the end of the Competition Period, Binance Futures will donate the relevant rewards to Binance Charity.

Rewards Distribution Within Each Team:

Individually, users will also be eligible to each receive a Futures Cashback Voucher of up to 1,000 USDT, if their daily trading volume on Futures manages to surpass their personal daily trading volume record since 2022-01-01 00:00 (UTC). After breaking their personal record and receiving a Futures Cashback Voucher, a new record will be set, and users can attempt to break their new daily trading volume record again to qualify for additional Futures Cashback Vouchers.

To facilitate the successful distribution of these cashback voucher rewards, eligible users need to check and confirm the value of their Futures Cashback Voucher(s) here by 2022-06-14 23:59 (UTC). Otherwise, all rewards will be forfeit.

Terms and Conditions:

• All Binance users must have their accounts verified​ before registering for the tournament. Please register here if you do not have a Binance Account.
• Sub-accounts will not be considered as individual participants. PNL and trading volume of sub-accounts will be combined with the master account’s standard PNL and trading volume in the final calculation.
• All COIN-M and USDⓈ-M trading pairs are included in this tournament.
• The effective trading volume counts both buys and sells, excluding any wash trades.
• Rewards are not mutually exclusive and users can win multiple prizes as long as they meet the relevant terms and conditions.
• Each day refers to 00:00 AM to 00:00 AM on the next day (UTC).
• Leaderboard ranks and results will be updated each day at 03:00 AM (UTC).

Rewards distribution:

• NFT Mystery Boxes will be distributed within one day after each daily Referral Challenge is complete. Users can find their Mystery Boxes via Binance NFT Marketplace > User Center > Mystery Box.
• NFT rewards from the Record-Breakers activity will be airdropped to the winners’ Binance wallets within 14 days after end of the tournament. Winners can find their NFT rewards via Binance NFT Marketplace > User Center > NFT Assets > Collections.
• Withdrawals of Binance Futures Grand Tournament Limited Edition Chess NFTs and NFT rewards from the Record-Breakers activity are not supported.
• All token rewards will be distributed within 14 days after the tournament. You will be able to log in and check your rewards via Account > Wallet > Transaction History > Distribution.
• Futures Cashback Vouchers will be distributed within 14 days after the tournament. Winners will be able to log in and redeem the Futures Cashback Voucher via Account > Reward Center. Team Profit Calculations:

• Team’s Daily PNL (in USDT) = Sum of daily profit of top 10 eligible team members for the day, with trading volume > 30,000 USDT and profit > 0.
• Individual Final Profit (in USDT) = (USDⓈ-M Futures Asset 1 Profit * Daily closing rate of Asset 1 against USDT) + (COIN-M Futures Asset 2 Profit * Daily closing rate of Asset 2 against USDT).
• USDⓈ-M Futures Asset 1 Profit = Final Account Balance of Asset 1 Unrealized PNL - Initial Account Balance of Asset 1 Unrealized PNL + Realized PNL of Asset 1 + Funding Fee of Asset 1 - Commission of Asset 1.
• COIN-M Futures Asset 2 Profit = Final Account Balance of Asset 2 Unrealized PNL - Initial Account Balance of Asset 2 Unrealized PNL + Realized PNL of Asset 2 + Funding Fee of Asset 2 - Commission of Asset 2.
• BUSD assets are converted to USDT at 1:1.
• BNB commission is converted into USDT according to the closing price of the day.

Individual Bout Daily ROI Calculations:

• Individual Daily ROI (in USDT) = Individual daily profit / (100 USDT + USDⓈ-M Futures Initial Account Balance + COIN-M Futures Initial Account Balance + Futures Account Deposit).
• The Initial Account Balance and Deposits of BUSD are converted into USDT at 1:1.
• The Initial Account Balance of COIN-M are converted into USDT at open price, while the Deposits of COIN-M are converted into USDT at closing price.
