To participate, simply get your friends to sign up with Binance via the Lite Referral Program, complete identity verification and complete cumulative trades worth at least $200 on Binance Spot or Binance Convert during the Promotion Period.

How to Participate:
Step 1: Visit the activity page and click the [Register Now] to confirm your participation during the Promotion Period.
Step 2: Share your unique Lite Referral ID/Link with a friend who has not registered with Binance. Ensure your friends complete identity verification after registration during the Promotion Period.
Step 3: Referrals will be eligible to each receive a 5 USDT token voucher when they successfully reach a cumulative trading volume of at least $200 equivalent on Binance Spot or Binance Convert during the Promotion Period. Please note that trades on spot trading pairs that are already included in existing fee promotions, will not count toward the cumulative trading volume requirement.
Step 4: Referrers will each receive a 15 USDT token voucher once they obtain three successful referrals who complete the cumulative trading task stipulated in Step 3 during the Promotion Period.
Notes：
Referrers will qualify to receive a maximum of one 15 USDT token voucher reward when they obtain three successful referrals who sign up with Binance via the Lite Referral Program, complete identity verification and complete the aforementioned cumulative trading volume requirement. In turn, each successful referral will receive one 5 USDT token voucher.
A total of 10,000 USDT in token vouchers (i.e., 4,995 USDT in token vouchers for referrers, and 5,005 USDT in token vouchers for referrals) are available in this promotion. Please note that rewards will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
On top of the token voucher rewards in this Promotion, referrers can also encourage their referrals to complete the Lite Referral Program’s deposit task (i.e., complete cumulative deposits worth more than $50 equivalent within 14 days after registration via Cash Deposit, Buy with Credit/Debit Card, P2P Trading or Cryptocurrency Deposit). Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referrals.
Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from the Standard Referral Mode.
Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this Promotion. Spot trades and Convert trades that are completed with a sub-account will not count toward the cumulative trading volume requirement. In addition, deposits made via a sub-account, third-party payment method or account transfer will not count toward the deposit task requirement.
Trades on spot trading pairs that are already included in existing fee promotions, will not count toward the cumulative trading volume requirement.
Binance will use the real-time fiat currency to USD foreign exchange rates for calculating the USD value of deposits via fiat channels, as well as the price of the USDT trading pair at trading time to calculate the value of the cryptocurrency deposit and/or cryptocurrency trade completed during the Promotion Period. If there is no USDT pair for a specific cryptocurrency, it will be converted to another token or coin with a USDT pair to determine its value.
Token Voucher Rewards:
There are two separate prize pools for referrers and referrals in this Promotion. Rewards for both referrers and referrals will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Only referrers who complete identity verification and click the [Register Now] button to confirm their participation during the Promotion Period will be eligible to receive any rewards. The first 333 referrers who refer three friends to Binance via the Lite Referral Program, and ensure that their referrals complete identity verification and fulfill the aforementioned cumulative trading volume requirement during the Promotion Period, will be eligible to each receive a 15 USDT token voucher reward.
The first 1,001 referrals who sign up with Binance via the Lite Referral Program, complete identity verification and fulfill the aforementioned cumulative trading volume requirement during the Promotion Period, will qualify to each receive a 5 USDT token voucher reward.
Both referrers and referrals can only claim the token voucher reward once.
Token voucher rewards will be distributed to eligible users within 20 working days after the Promotion ends. Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
The validity period for the voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.
Deposit Task Rewards (i.e., Up to 1,000 USDT in Trading Fee Rebate Vouchers)
Both referrers and referrals must complete identity verification within seven days after the trading fee rebate voucher is available, for any party to redeem the corresponding trading fee rebate voucher rewards.
Trading fee rebate vouchers will be distributed within 48 hours after referrals complete identity verification and the deposit task. Both referrers and referrals will be able to log in and redeem their trading fee rebate voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
Trading fee rebate vouchers will expire within seven days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their vouchers before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a trading fee rebate voucher.
Please note that the trading fee rebate vouchers will be valid for 14 days upon activation.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards for participants who engage in dishonest or abusive activities during the Promotion. This includes bulk-account registrations to farm additional bonuses and any other activity in connection with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
At Binance's sole discretion, user participation will be considered without effect and users will automatically be excluded, disqualified and prevented from accumulating benefits, in cases where it is identified:
Any violations of Binance's Terms of Use and its Compliance Policies, as well as attempted or proven fraud, human and/or through the use of technology;
Manipulation of results or failure to fulfill the requirements and provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions;
Completion, by the user, of incorrect, outdated, mistaken information or filled with untrue information, and may also be liable for the crime of ideological or documental falsehood;
Registrations and participations for which any technological means have been used or there are indications of their use, whether electronic, computerized, digital, robotic, repetitive, automatic, mechanical and/or analogous, with the intention of automatic and/or repetitive reproduction of registrations, identical or not, which will also result in the nullity of all registrations and participations made by the user who has used one of the aforementioned means or for one of the aforementioned purposes, even if not all registrations or participations have resulted from the use of such means and/or were carried out with such purpose.
