Binance is launching a new ‘Rising Star’ Program Promotion, where regular users will stand to share 10 VIP+1 Upgrade Vouchers and 20,000 USDT Spot trading fee rebate voucher in rewards.
Promotion Period: 2024-06-19 10:00 (UTC) to 2024-07-18 23:59 (UTC)
How to Participate
Regular users who meet the following requirements qualify:

The cumulative trading volume in Binance Spot or Futures market during the Promotion Period is more than the cumulative trading volume in the preceding 30 days (from 2024-05-20 10:00 (UTC) to 2024-06-18 23:59 (UTC)).
Meet a minimum of 700,000 USD total trading volume in Binance Spot market or 10,500,000 USD total trading volume in Binance Futures market during the Promotion Period.
Rewards & Selection Rule:
10 winners will be selected to receive 1 VIP+1 Upgrade Voucher each, and another 20 winners will receive 1,000 USDT Spot trading fee rebate voucher each.
BNB Beacon Chain Hash Value at 2024-07-18 23:59 (UTC) will be used to select the winner.
The first 10 eligible users whose Binance UID has the most matching digits with the aforementioned hash value will each receive the VIP+1 Upgrade Voucher.
The next 20 eligible users whose Binance UID has the most matching digits with the aforementioned hash value will each receive a 1,000 USDT Spot trading fee rebate voucher.
Terms and Conditions:
Only regular users are eligible to participate in the campaign. Users already in the market maker and taker programs or in the referral program will not be eligible. Any trading volume that is recorded under the zero fee campaign will not be taken into account for this promotion.
These terms and conditions (“Activity Terms”) govern your participation in this activity (“Activity”). By participating in this Activity, users agree to these Activity Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
Only users from qualified regions who click the [Join Now] button on this page and complete KYC shall be eligible for any rewards.
Voucher rewards will be distributed within 14 working days after the end of the Promotion Period. Users may claim their voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
Vouchers are valid for 14 days after distribution. Users should claim their rewards before the expiration date. Learn how to claim a voucher.
Users may reach a maximum VIP level of VIP 2 after redeeming the VIP+1 Upgrade Voucher. If users’ VIP level already reaches VIP 2 or higher at the end of the promotion period, they will not receive the VIP upgrade voucher. Please visit VIP Fee Structure or User Center to check your current VIP level.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that exhibit any signs of fraudulent behavior immediately (e.g., wash trading, bulk account registrations, self dealing, market manipulation, and more).
Binance reserves its sole right to determine and/or amend or vary these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners and the Promotion Period for any reason, including but not limited to:
Changes in applicable regulations or policies;
Obligations arising out of law or decisions issued by courts or public authorities;
Anti-money laundering or combating financing terrorism rules;
Technical issues beyond our control;
Necessity to protect users from potential losses; and
Necessity to protect Binance from the loss of reputation.
