Binance will support the VeChain (VET), Arweave (AR) and Vite (VITE) network upgrades & hard forks.
- The VeChain (VET) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at VeChain block height 10,653,500 or at approximately 2021-11-16 08:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of VET will be suspended starting from approximately 2021-11-16 07:00 (UTC).
- The Arweave (AR) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at Arweave block height 812,970 or at approximately 2021-11-17 14:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of AR will be suspended starting from approximately 2021-11-17 13:00 (UTC).
- The Vite (VITE) network upgrade will take place at Vite mainnet block height of 77,106,666 or at approximately 2021-11-18 14:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of VITE will be suspended starting from approximately 2021-11-18 13:00 (UTC).
Please note:
- The VeChain (VET) network upgrade & hard fork will take place at VeChain block height 10,653,500. The estimated time is for users’ reference only.
- The Arweave (AR) network upgrade & hard fork will take place at Arweave block height 812,970. The estimated time is for users’ reference only.
- The Vite (VITE) network upgrade will take place at Vite mainnet block height of 77,106,666. The estimated time is for users’ reference only.
- The trading of VET, AR and VITE will not be affected during the upgrades.
- Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding VET, AR and VITE in their Binance accounts.
- The VeChain (VET), Arweave (AR) and Vite (VITE) network upgrades & hard forks will not result in new tokens being created.
- We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for VET, AR and VITE once we deem the upgraded networks to be stable, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
