2021-04-19 09:01
1. What is the Binance Referral Pro Mode?
For every new user successfully referred to Binance via the Referral Pro Mode, the referrer will receive a commission from the trading fees paid by the referred user on Spot, Margin and Futures trading.
2. Where can I find my Referral Pro code/link?
On the website: Log in to your Binance account, and click [Profile] - [Referral], or click [Referral] on the footer, and select [Referral Pro].
On the Binance app: Tap [Referral] on the app homepage and go to [Referral Pro].
3. How many Referral Pro codes/links can be created?
Each user can create up to 20Referral Pro codes or links.
4. Can my invitee use my Referral Pro code/link after creating their Binance account?
No, a referral code must be used when creating a Binance account. Please ensure that you and your invitees enter the correct referral code during the sign-up process. If they forget to use the referral code when signing up or enter the wrong referral code, the commission cannot be collected.
5. As a referee, can I change or remove my referrer?
No, once the referral relationship has been established, it cannot be changed or removed.
6. Can I delete my current Binance account and register for a new account with a new referral code?
No, if the system detects that an account has been deleted to create a new one for referral benefits, Binance reserves the right to terminate all referral commissions from the new account.
7. Can my sub-account receive commissions?
Sub-accounts cannot invite new users, but their trading commissions will be credited to the master account's referrer.
If the sub-account opens a Futures account within 30 days of the master account opening its Futures account, the sub-account is eligible for a shared Futures referral commission.
The sub-account’s Futures account will earn referral commissions for 30 days from the master account’s Futures activation date.
Invitees who registered without a referral will not be displayed on this page. This page only shows users who registered through referral activities.
For invitees who registered within the last 48 hours, please check the [48H Referrals] section.
Records are displayed in reverse order of registration time, with a maximum of 50,000 records shown. Older records may not be visible but can be accessed using the search functions. You can search for data by using a Unique Identifier (UID).
If your invitee forgot to use the Referral Pro code during registration, we recommend they use your Futures referral code before opening a Futures account. This will ensure you receive commissions on their futures trading.
Unfortunately, if the invitee's account is in breach of Binance’s Terms and Conditions, we are unable to apply the referral.

Commission and rebate details
1. What’s the difference between referral commissions and rebates?
The referral commission and rebate are both parts of the base referral bonus. When the invitee completes a transaction, the inviter receives the referral commission, while the invitee receives the rebate if the inviter chooses to share it with them.
2. If I hold 500 BNB, when will my referral rate be updated?
Referral rates are reviewed daily at 02:00 (UTC) based on your BNB balance and will be updated at 10:00 (UTC).
3. Why haven’t I received the referral commission from my invitees?
Check the following possible reasons:
Ensure your referred user has traded and paid the trading fee.
Referral commission is calculated in real-time and transferred to your Binance account every hour. If you haven’t received the commission within 72 hours, please contact our customer service.
Verify if your referred friend’s VIP level meets the requirements:
For Spot and Margin trading: The inviter is eligible to receive referral commissions from invitees who are regular users or VIP 1-2 users. The commissions will be discontinued once your referred friend reaches VIP 3 or higher.
For Futures trading: The inviter can only receive referral commissions from invitees who are regular or VIP 1 users, but only for 12 months from the day the Futures account is opened.
Rewards may fall under Referral mode. Please refer to the corresponding rebate page to view these rewards.
If your invitee registered through a non-referral event, rewards will not be displayed in Referral or Referral Pro mode.
For rebate and cashback information older than 7 days, please download and review the detailed records.
4. Why can I receive the commission from my referred friend’s Spot trading but not from Futures trading?
To earn both Spot and Futures commissions when referring a friend, you must open a Futures account before your referred friend opens theirs. If you have done this, check their VIP level and Futures account opening date.
5. When will I receive the Referral Pro commission, and what is the settlement token?
All commissions (both for the inviter and shared with invitees) are calculated in real-time and transferred to the respective Binance accounts every hour.
The settlement assets for referral commissions are the same as the transaction fees generated by your invitee’s trades. If the invitee uses BNB to pay for trading fees at a discount, your referral commissions and rebate will be settled in BNB.
6. As a referee, why can't I receive a rebate from my own Futures trading?
The Futures trading rebate for the referee is only valid for 30 days from the date of Futures account activation.
Under the Futures Referral Program, referrers can adjust the rebate rate for referees at any time, within a range of 0% to 10%. If the referrer sets a 0% rebate rate, referees will not receive any rebate on their Futures trading fees during the first month. Any changes to the rebate rate will apply immediately to all referees.
7. How do the new MiCA stablecoin rules affect the way European Economic Area (EEA) users receive commissions?
Spot and Margin commissions:
From June 26, 2024, EEA users will receive their commissions (including both the inviter’s commission and shared commission for invitees) in USDC or BNB. After the commission is generated, it will be calculated and converted to USDC or BNB on an hourly basis. The converted amount will be deposited into the user's Spot Wallet within 6 hours.
Example: if an invitee traded between 14:00 and 15:00, the commission for that hour will be converted into USDC or BNB between 15:00 and 16:00 and will be deposited into the inviter's Spot Wallet within 6 hours.
Inviters can check the converted USDC or BNB amount via [Referral Pro] - [Commission Rebate].
Invitees can check the shared commission via [Referral Pro] - [Shared Commission].
Notes:
Binance cannot guarantee a specific exchange rate. The rate will be determined by the prevailing rate at the time of conversion.
If the amount of the commission (received by the inviter) or rebate (received by the invitee) asset for a filled order, when multiplied by the exchange rate (Exchange Rate = Price of the Commission or Rebate Asset / Price of the Actual Distributed Asset), is lower than 0.00000001 USDC (or other regulated tokens), then the commission or rebate for that filled order cannot be distributed to the inviter or invitee.
Example: The invitee traded Token A and the commission or rebate for the filled order is 0.1 Token A. The price of Token A at that time was 0.00000001 USDT, and the actual commission or rebate asset was in USDC (1 USDC = 1 USDT). Since 0.1 Token A * (0.00000001 / 1) = 0.000000001 USDC, which is lower than 0.00000001 USDC, this order is not eligible for a commission or rebate.
Futures commissions:
From June 27th, 2024, EEA users will receive "Binance Credit" as Futures commissions. Once the commission is generated, it will be converted into "Credit" and deposited into the USDⓈ-M Futures Wallet. You can convert the received "Credit" into other digital assets via Coin Swap on the Futures page.
Important note: The conversion rate of "Binance Credit" into other digital assets is subject to the real-time rate provided by Coin Swap.
