Fellow Binancians,
Binance is launching the VIP Volume Contribution Program at 2023-10-31 08:00 (UTC). This allows users to qualify for upgrades to VIP 4-9 during the Program Period after they meet either of the following 30-day trading volume share requirements, as well as the daily average BNB holding requirement specified in the table below.
Program Period: 2023-10-31 08:00 (UTC) to 2024-01-31 08:00 (UTC)

Users’ 30-day spot trading volume share, 30-day futures trading volume share, and daily average BNB holdings will be reviewed weekly every Sunday at 23:59 (UTC).
Any VIP level upgrades will be automatically implemented on Tuesdays at 08:00 (UTC) based on the aforementioned criteria. There is no need to apply for the program.
Users will retain the highest VIP level upgrade obtained via the VIP Volume Contribution Program during the Program Period, until 2024-01-31 08:00 (UTC).
Example:
Assuming User A qualifies for VIP 6 upgrade via the program on Tuesday, October 31 at 08:00 (UTC), based on his/her 30-day spot trading volume share or 30-day futures trading volume share, as well as daily average BNB holdings on Sunday, October 29 at 23:59 (UTC).
If User A’s performance on Sunday, November 5 at 23:59 (UTC) only meets the requirements for VIP 4 upgrade under this program, the higher VIP level (i.e., VIP 6) will apply until 2024-01-31 08:00 (UTC).
Should a user qualify for a higher VIP level under another subprogram of the Binance VIP program, the highest VIP level will apply.

[30-day spot trading volume %] of each account = [30-day spot trading volume] of each account / [30-day spot trading volume] on Binance.
[30-day futures trading volume %] of each account = [30-day futures trading volume] of each account / [30-day futures trading volume] on Binance.
[30-day spot trading volume] = Sum of [Daily spot trading volume] in the last 30 days.
[30-day futures trading volume] = Sum of [Daily futures trading volume] in the last 30 days.
[Daily spot trading volume] = Sum of trading volume on Binance’s Spot, Margin, Convert and OTC platforms on the day.
[Daily futures trading volume] = Sum of trading volume on USDⓈ-M and COIN-M futures contracts at Binance Futures on the day.
Day: Each day runs from 00:00 (UTC) to 23:59 (UTC).
Spot trading volume includes all trading volume on Binance’s Spot, Margin, Convert and OTC platforms. Trading volume of all USD stablecoin trading pairs with zero trading fees, as well as BTC trading pairs with zero trading fees, will be excluded from final trading volume calculation.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be wash trades or illegally bulk account registrations, as well as trades that display attributes of self-dealing or market manipulation.

All trading volume and metrics related to the program are measured by Binance at its sole and absolute discretion.
Binance reserves the right to amend or terminate this Program at its sole discretion.
