Binance will open withdrawals for Tether (USDT) on the Arbitrum One and Optimism networks once there are sufficient deposits, and will not notify users in a further announcement.

Binance supports Tether (USDT) as bridged assets on the Arbitrum One and Optimism networks.
The bridged smart contract for Tether (USDT) on the Optimism network is managed by the Optimism Foundation. It is not issued by Tether and cannot be redeemed with Tether.
Tether (USDT) on the Arbitrum One network, bridged smart contract is controlled by Tether's multisig. Tether (USDT) on the Arbitrum One network is a bridged token. It is not issued by Tether and cannot be redeemed with Tether.
Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
