Promotion 1: Subscribe to ACH Simple Earn Products and Enjoy Exclusive APR Rewards

Subscription Format: Complete subscription on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms below.
Reward Calculation Period:
For Locked Products and Bonus Tiered APR on Flexible Products: From 00:00 (UTC) on the day after completing subscription, until the end of the subscription period.
For Real-Time APR on Flexible Products: From the minute of subscription.
Reward Payout Time:
For Locked Products and Bonus Tiered APR on Flexible Products: Distributed to users’ Spot Wallets between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) on a daily basis.
For Real-Time APR on Flexible Products: Accrued and directly accumulated in users’ Earn Wallets every minute.
Promotion 2: Subscribe to ACH Locked Products to Receive Up to $100 in ACH Token Vouchers!
Promotion Period: 2023-09-20 00:00 (UTC) to 2023-10-16 00:00 (UTC)
During the promotion period, users who fulfill the following requirements will be eligible to participate in Promotion 2:
Subscribe to 30, 60, or 120 days of ACH Locked Products
Subscribe at least 100 ACH to ACH Locked Products
All eligible users will be ranked by their total subscription amount to ACH Locked Products during the Promotion Period. The top 500 eligible users will each receive a ACH token voucher according to the reward structure below.

Flexible Products:
Bonus Tiered APR is offered as an additional reward on top of Real-Time APR.
All users who hold open positions for ACH Flexible Products will receive both Real-Time APR and Bonus Tiered APR rewards during the Promotion Period. Once the promotion ends, users will be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards only.
Bonus Tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier limit for each token (i.e., 0 - 75,000 ACH per user for ACH Flexible Products).
Promotion 2:
The ACH rewards for Promotion 2 will be allocated in token vouchers to eligible users within three weeks after the Promotion ends. Users will be able to login and redeem their voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
The amount of ACH distributed will be calculated based on the closing price of ACH on CoinMarketCap (CMC) at 2023-10-17 00:00 (UTC).
All the distributed token vouchers will expire within 14 days after distribution. Eligible users should claim their voucher rewards before the expiration date. Learn how to redeem a token voucher.
Users can enable the “Auto-Subscribe” function before completing subscriptions to Simple Earn Flexible Products and Locked Products.
For Flexible Products: This allows users to automatically subscribe to the corresponding Flexible Products using the same asset from the Spot Wallet.
For Locked Products: This will automatically renew existing Locked Products positions into a new position of the same duration upon expiry.
Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies subscribed to Simple Earn Locked Products to Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period. The value of digital assets/digital currencies fluctuates and is subject to change.
Users can view their assets on Simple Earn Flexible Products and Locked Products by going to Wallets > Earn.
Redemptions for Flexible Products and Locked Products subscriptions:
Flexible Products subscriptions may be redeemed instantly.
As for Locked Products subscriptions, users can also choose to redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption for Locked Products subscriptions, digital assets will be returned to the spot account, and users will not be entitled to any rewards. Any distributed rewards will be deducted from the refunded principal. It may take 48-72 hours to receive the digital assets.

Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
