By entering or participating, each entrant or participant (“Entrant”) agrees to these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, including the Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions) and the decisions of Binance, which are final and binding in all respects. In addition, all participants grant Binance permission to use their entries for promotional and marketing purposes.

To enter the #HaveYouBinanced giveaway(s), users are required to follow the mechanics in the promotion announcement or in the post(s) referring to this promotion on X, Telegram, and/or Discord.
These giveaways are in no way associated with X, Telegram or Discord.
Only Binance.com KYC-ed users are eligible to join any of the aforementioned activities.
While users may submit multiple photos to the social media giveaway, as well as multiple entries to the community giveaway, each user may qualify to receive a maximum of one reward per giveaway.
Each photo or entry must be original, of users’ own creation, and not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Plagiarized entries will be disqualified.
Users participating in the social media giveaway should set their social media accounts public until the winners are announced.
Binance will message the final list of winners for the social media giveaway on X directly within four weeks after the promotion ends. Users should complete the required instructions within the timeframe stipulated in the direct message to successfully receive BNB rewards.
The ten winners who qualify for the $1,000 BNB token voucher rewards pool in the community giveaway, will be announced via Binance’s Telegram and/or Discord accounts within four weeks after the promotion ends.
BNB rewards will be distributed in the form of token vouchers within four weeks after the promotion ends. Users will be able to login and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile > Rewards Hub.
The actual value of the reward received is subject to change due to market fluctuation.
Binance will use the real-time BNB/USD exchange rate on CoinMarketCap (CMC) at the time of distribution to facilitate the distribution of BNB token voucher rewards.
The validity period for the token voucher is set at 14 days from the day of distribution. Learn how to redeem a voucher.
For the Square Giveaway
Only Binance Square posts (including short posts, long articles, polls and videos) that are posted organically and are no shorter than 100 characters will qualify for any rewards.
Posts that attempt to boost likes by exploiting Red Packets and giveaways will be disqualified.
Submissions will be evaluated by a panel from the Binance Square team, based on topic relevance, formatting, research quality, factual sourcing, and originality. All Binance Square posts must also align with Binance Square Community Guidelines.
Winners of Binance merch will be notified via a push notification under Creator Center > Square Assistant within 14 working days after the promotion ends.
Users should complete the required instructions within the timeframe stipulated in the push notification to successfully receive merch rewards. Please note that winners should provide a valid shipping address.
No refunds or cash equivalent value of the rewards will be granted.
For the New User Welcome Bonus:
Non-Binance users may click here to register for a Binance account and get a 10% spot trading fee discount after completing account verification. The 10% spot trading fee discount will remain valid as long as the Binance referral program is in place.
Users may qualify for welcome rewards by completing tasks available at the Rewards Hub within 14 days after registration.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations, risk accounts, self dealing, or market manipulation).
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these Activity Terms without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Activity, its eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all users shall be bound by these amendments.
