Each Mystery Box contains one NFT and is priced at 0.025 BNB. The nature of the Mystery Boxes offers gamers and collectors a chance to own rare items.

The top 10 users ranked by transaction volume on “My Neighbor Alice: Holidays in Snowflake Island'' Mystery Box Collection on Binance NFT Marketplace during the activity period will share a prize pool of $5,000 in ALICE tokens.
Reward calculation for Promotion:
The reward for each qualified user = (Each qualified user’s total effective NFT trading volume / All qualified users’ total effective NFT trading volume) * $5,000 in ALICE tokens.

Introducing the Subscription Mechanism on Binance NFT
With this new feature, all participating users stand a fair and equal chance of successfully purchasing an NFT during NFT primary sales.
Subscription Timeline and Details:
1. Preparation Phase: 2022-01-06 11:00 (UTC) to 2022-01-09 11:00 (UTC)
Users are required to meet the minimum daily average BNB holding of 0.5 BNB during the Preparation Phase to be qualified to participate in the corresponding NFT primary sale.
2. Subscription Phase: 2022-01-09 11:00 (UTC) to 2022-01-10 09:00 (UTC)
Qualified users will proceed to the subscription, where they will be allocated participation tickets to join the sale. Each qualified user will receive 40 participation tickets, as determined by the corresponding NFT project. During this Phase, users have the option to subscribe to the NFT primary sale by committing part or all of their participation ticket(s) to a pool, where all committed tickets have a fair chance of winning. The number of committed participation tickets will determine the amount of BNB to be locked, which will only be refunded at the end of the Distribution Phase.
The more tickets a user commits, the higher the chance for the user to buy more NFTs in the NFT primary sale.
3. Calculation Phase: 2022-01-10 09:00 (UTC) to 2022-01-10 12:00 (UTC)
The system will select winning tickets from all committed participation tickets in a fair and random manner. A winning ticket allows the user to purchase an NFT in the NFT primary sale.
4. Distribution Phase: 2022-01-10 12:00 (UTC)
Users who hold winning participation tickets will be able to purchase the NFT(s) in the NFT primary sale and the BNB equivalent will be deducted accordingly. The remaining BNBs will then be automatically refunded to users’ spot wallets.

- Each account is limited to a maximum purchase of 40 Mystery Boxes. The Mystery Boxes can be listed on Binance NFT’s secondary market at 2022-01-10 12:00 (UTC).
- For the promotion:
- ALICE token rewards will be distributed to winners’ Binance wallets within 14 days after the promotion ends on 2022-01-17 (UTC). Users can see their rewards by selecting the Account Center > Wallet > Distribution.
- Binance will use the closing price of ALICE/BUSD at 2022-01-10 11:59 PM (UTC) as the ALICE exchange rate used for rewards distribution.
- Users can find their Mystery Boxes via Binance NFT Marketplace > User Center > Mystery Box.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants showing signs of fraudulent behavior immediately.
- Binance reserves the right to disqualify trades that are deemed to be illegally bulk registered accounts.
- Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
- Where any discrepancy arises between the translated versions and the original English version, the English version shall prevail.
