Binance Will Support the WINk (WIN) Airdrop Program for TRON (TRX) Holders

Fellow Binancians,

Binance would like to confirm support for the WIN (WINK) Airdrop Program for TRON (TRX) holders.

Each WIN airdrop every month will be distributed based on the following calculation:

WIN received by User A = Amount of TRX held by User A at the time of each snapshot / Total TRX held by Binance at the time of each snapshot * Total WIN received by Binance based on total TRX holdings for each respective monthly airdrop.

Initial WIN Airdrop, Snapshot on 2019/08/27

For the initial WIN airdrop (corresponding to 1.1% of the total WINk token supply), Binance will take a snapshot of all TRX balances in Binance user accounts at 2019/08/27 16:00:00 (UTC) and distribute the respective WIN to TRX holders within 7 days.

Monthly WIN Airdrop Program

Year 1 (Airdropping 1.2% of the total supply)

From 2019/09/27 to 2020/08/27 following the initial airdrop, a TRX snapshot will be completed at 16:00:00 (UTC) on the 27th day of each month (the first snapshot in Year 1 will be at 2019/09/27 16:00:00 (UTC)). A total of 999,000,000 WIN will be distributed to TRX holders each month based on their TRX holdings.

Year 2 (Airdropping 1.3% of the total supply)

From 2020/09/27 to 2021/08/27, a TRX snapshot will be completed at 16:00:00 (UTC) on the 27th day of each month (the first snapshot in Year 2 will be at 2020/09/27 16:00:00 (UTC)). A total of 1,082,250,000 WIN will be distributed to TRX holders each month based on their TRX holdings.

Year 3 (Airdropping 1.4% of the total supply)

From 2021/09/27 to 2022/08/27, a TRX snapshot will be completed at 16:00:00 (UTC) on the 27th day of each month (the first snapshot in Year 3 will be at 2021/09/27 16:00:00 (UTC)). A total of 1,165,500,000 WIN will be distributed to TRX holders each month based on their TRX holdings.

Please note:

• TRX tokens that are pending deposit or withdrawal at the time of each snapshot will not count towards your TRX balance. Please ensure you leave sufficient time for deposits and withdrawals to complete prior to each snapshot.
• TRX in user margin accounts will not be included in each snapshot. TRX balances in sub-accounts will be combined with the TRX balances in their Master accounts for each snapshot.
• TRX balances under 100 TRX (including those in trade orders) will not be eligible for the airdrop.
