Fellow Binancians,
Binance has launched the Binance CMC Top 10 Equal-Weighted Index on 2022-10-17. This is the first in a series of CoinMarketCap (CMC) partnered indices by Binance, which tracks the performance of the top ten digital assets/currencies by market capitalization on CMC.
Users may utilize the Binance CMC Top 10 Equal-Weighted Index to track the values of digital assets/currencies. Each asset in the index is equally weighted and rebalanced on a monthly basis, and the index is denominated in USD. Binance will refer to this index, as well as other indices that will be launched in the near future, when launching new Binance products in the future.
Purchase Digital Assets in the Index via Auto-Invest
The first way to purchase digital assets/currencies in this new index will be via Auto-Invest,which allows users to automate cryptocurrency purchases via Dollar-Cost Averaging (DCA). This will be available from November 2022, and users will be able to make recurring purchases for cryptocurrencies on the Binance CMC Top 10 Equal-Weighted Index via Auto-Invest. The specific launch time will be announced at a later date.
