Binance Introduces Fiat Liquidity Provider Program - Negative Maker Fees

Fellow Binancians,

As we consistently strive towards delegating a better trading experience for all users with higher liquidity in mind, Binance will launch the Fiat Liquidity Provider Program with maker fee rebates.

If your 30-day trading volume exceeds 1,000 BTC on Binance or other exchanges in addition to exhibiting quality market making strategies, we would be delighted for you to participate in our Fiat Liquidity Provider Program.

Fiat Liquidity Provider Program:

• This program is limited to fiat pairs on Binance.com, with a specific “Fiat Pair List” where you will be scored against;
• Maker rebates will be settled in the fiat currency regardless of quote asset (i.e. EUR for BTC/EUR or EUR/USDT);
• Liquidity Providers’ rebate eligibility will be based on their performance of the listed fiat pairs across spot and margin trades on a weekly basis;
• Binance team will periodically update the Liquidity Providing Pair List

Weekly performance reviews will be conducted, taking account into several factors, including:

• Liquidity Providing percentage in each fiat market on the exchange
