Binance will support the Avalanche (AVAX), Tezos (XTZ) and THETA (THETA) network upgrades and hard forks.

• The Avalanche (AVAX) network upgrade will take place at approximately 2021-12-02 18:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of AVAX tokens will be suspended starting from 2021-12-02 17:00 (UTC).
• The Tezos (XTZ) network upgrade will take place at the Tezos block height of 1,916,929, or at approximately 2021-12-03 16:20 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of XTZ will be suspended starting from approximately 2021-12-03 15:20 (UTC).
• The THETA (THETA) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at THETA block height of 13,123,789 or approximately at 2021-12-05 01:00 (UTC). Deposits and withdrawals of THETA will be suspended approximately starting from 2021-12-05 00:00 (UTC).

Please note:

• The Avalanche (AVAX) network upgrade will take place at approximately 2021-12-02 18:00 (UTC). The estimated time is for users’ reference only.
• The Tezos (XTZ) network upgrade will take place at the Tezos block height of 1,916,929, or at approximately 2021-12-03 16:20 (UTC). The estimated time is for users’ reference only and is subject to change depending on block propagation times.
• The THETA (THETA) network upgrade and hard fork will take place at the THETA block height of 13,123,789, or at approximately 2021-12-05 01:00 (UTC). The estimated time is for users’ reference only and is subject to change depending on block propagation times.
• The trading of AVAX, XTZ and THETA will not be affected during the upgrades.
• Binance will handle all technical requirements involved for all users holding AVAX, XTZ and THETA in their Binance accounts.
• The Avalanche (AVAX), Tezos (XTZ) and THETA (THETA) network upgrades and hard forks will not result in new tokens being created.
• We will reopen deposits and withdrawals for AVAX, XTZ and THETA once we deem the upgraded networks to be stable, and we will not notify users in a further announcement.
