1. Tap [Cancel the Order] on the order page.
2. Select your order cancellation reason, and tap [Confirm Cancellation]. You can cancel the order due to buyer or seller reasons.
3. If you cancel your order due to the seller, you may need to wait for them to confirm the cancellation reason.
Once the seller receives the cancellation request, they must tap [Accept] within 10 minutes, or the system will automatically confirm the cancellation.
Important Note:
1. Please do not cancel the order if you have already paid the seller.
2. If the order is canceled due to system timeout, the buyer's completion rate will be affected.
3. If the buyer has reached out to the seller via chat and they don't reply within 15 minutes, the buyer can cancel the order without their completion rate being affected.
4. Detail Order Cancel Rule:
- For Order Cancel Reason due to buyer reason: Taker Buyer allow to cancel order up to 3 times per day （system cancelation/expiration will be countable in these 3 chances)
- For Order Cancel Reason due to seller reason: Taker Buyer only have 3 chances in one natural day to choose this option; Maker Buyer has no limitation
- For Order Cancel due to Additional KYC not completed: Orders are allowed to be canceled by system time-out up to 3 times per day
Exceeding above limits will result in the suspension of your P2P functions, and you won’t be able to place any more orders on that day until 24:00 UTC+0.
1. Click the [Cancel Order] button on the order page.
2. Select your reason for cancellation and click [Confirm]. You can select either buyer or seller reasons for cancellation.
3. If you cancel the order due to reasons related to the seller, they may need to confirm the cancellation reason.

1. Navigate to [My Orders]. Under the [Pending] tab, select the order you wish to cancel. Click [Cancel Order].
