Big claims on $XRP like 100$ and 1000$ by influencer is not quite possible because if it reaches 100$ it needs to cross the market
cap of (10 Trillion $) which is similar to current Market Cap of Gold ($13 trillion).
But if in the future financial institutions increase XRP adaptation and Ripple overcome the remaining legal challenges it can definitely reach upto 10$.
