2. ETH has the advantage of being a leader in smart contracts, facilitating developers to choose ETH to build dApps. Many well-known dApps have been born, such as: Metamask, Uniswap, DYDX, Curve, Compounds, Maker, AAVE... and help make the network vibrant 🔥 but being technology, it is easily copied and continuously other L1s have emerged causing the ETH community to be fragmented 👌
3. The emergence of L2 makes the ETH network smoother, faster, and cheaper GAS fees, which is necessary for users but not for the ETH network and this is the main reason leading to ETH being inflated again 🔥
Conclusion:
- Short term: RWA ✅
- Long term: Newcomers will not choose to buy ETH at the current price, they have better options, much more room for development ✅
