Market observation and investment strategy about ETH
Market phenomenon
Recently, the net inflow of ETH's ETF has continued to increase, but the price has not risen synchronously, which confuses many investors. This phenomenon may be related to market sentiment, capital flow and short-term technical adjustments.
My analysis
1️⃣ Reasons for price stagnation: Although the net inflow of ETH's ETF continues to increase, indicating that the market is still optimistic about the long-term prospects of ETH, the short-term price trend may be affected by a variety of factors. For example, the cautious overall market sentiment, the short-term profit-taking, and the need to adjust technical indicators may cause the price to stagnate temporarily.
2️⃣ Judgment of the bottoming stage: From the daily chart, the trend of ETH shows strong support and the potential for rapid pull-up. This pattern indicates that ETH may be in the bottoming stage, accumulating energy for future rises. Historical data also shows that after the bottom is formed, the pull-up speed of ETH is often very rapid.
Investment strategy
Based on the above analysis, I decided to adopt a fixed investment strategy to layout ETH. Here are my specific operational ideas:
1️⃣ Fixed investment plan: Among BTC, ETH, BNB and SOL, ETH is currently performing relatively weak, but this also provides investors with a better entry opportunity. I plan to take out 10% of my income every month to buy ETH, and continue until the upgrade node of ETH in April.
2️⃣Goals and expectations: I believe that as the ETH upgrade approaches, the market's expectations for its technological upgrades and application scenarios will continue to increase. This may trigger a strong wave of rising prices in the short term. Therefore, I will use fixed investment as a low-cost, risk-diversified strategy, and look forward to a "surprise" during the upgrade period.
