People buy the top of the releases and then start shouting that the currency is a fraud😂 $1000CAT The time to enter is now, $PENGU or $VANA too! If you enter, it is after the correction😉🚀
What many people don't know about New Coin Launches on Binance.
Let's take $VANA as an example First listed on Binance, with the first candle around 2400%, many people think that some people bought it for $1 and others for $25.70 and are now millionaires. This is not true.
When Binance adds a new coin, it needs to mention three prices before trading begins: Opening Price: The price at which trading begins. Daily High: The highest price reached on the first day of trading. Daily Low: The lowest price reached on the first day of trading.
VANA's low is $1 (based on the ICO or Launchpad price). The high of the first candle was $25.70. The opening price was around $21.79.
Sometimes these values are just symbolic numbers, depending on the market value at the time of launch.
The huge percentage you see on the screen is the difference between the ICO/Launchpad price and the current market price. This represents the profit of the investors who participated in the ICO or Seed Round.
There is no way someone bought at $1 or $25.70 when trading started. Everyone buys at the price at which trading starts.
Don't be fooled by these numbers. They are normal.
$USUAL has an excess of holders who purchased the tokens at prices below or close to 0.50, so we will have a flood of sell orders set for the $1.00 range at launch. I sincerely believe in the explosion of the project, but I am wary of the possibility of getting stuck at the top.
$USUAL - 3 possible scenarios according to my market view.
1 - (Probable scenario)
If the initial circulating supply at the launch on Spot is really 494 Million and we take into account only for calculation purposes the current market capitalization of $225 Million, the token would have an initial launch value of around $0.45.
It seems unattractive, but the tendency is for this capitalization to explode in the first few minutes, considerably increasing the value of the Token.
2 - (Optimistic scenario)
Before the pre-market closes, we may witness a moment of FOMO, which considerably increases the market capitalization and consequently the value of the Token, making the margin between the current average value and the launch value smaller, even with the increase in the circulating supply.
3 - (Pessimistic and unlikely scenario)
Mass sales occur before the pre-market closes, thus lowering the market capitalization and consequently the token, which would suffer a subsequent drop at launch with the increase in circulating supply.
In this case, we would have a bad scenario, but recoverable in the medium term.
Final consideration: Personally, after analyzing the project in more detail and now having more clarity on the numbers involved, I believe that the potential for probable gains outweighs the risks involved.
I honestly thought during the correction about going All-in and putting 100% of my capital in $USUAL , but I would be breaking one of the main rules of this market, which is the safety of diversification.
I find it funny when everyone talks about "whales", as if big players were millionaires by chance, you underestimate the intelligence of big players when you say that they will enter in droves at $USUAL at the Spot launch.
You who accumulated at a low price and have your finger ready on the sell button waiting for the launch to make a profit, do you think whales don't know this? How naive!
Whales don't chase sardines, they anticipate their movements and just open their mouths so that sardines enter on their own, exactly as is happening now.
If $USUAL really starts on Spot with 494 million in circulation, and we maintain the current average market cap, the price will probably start close to $0.48.
$USUAL is making it clear that it may EVENTUALLY start in the Spot market with a circulating supply of up to 4 BILLION! Be careful, brokers are not mothers who give away money for free.
