Staking Update 📣

CyberDAO proposal 3:
1. Extended the current staking season through December 31st.
2. Moved future seasons to a quarterly schedule aligned with the calendar year.
3. Set next season's staking rewards allocation to 250k CYBER, the same as last season.

Rewards have been airdropped to users who completed the Ultimate tier Commit in Wave 1 but couldn’t claim on Galxe.
