Ethereum is yet to outperform against Bitcoin in a larger time frame. Eth/btc after showing some momentum at 0.03 is back into it's parabolic decline and Altcoins are also seems in a hurdle because of eth as there are tons of dapps and L2s on eth which will get the negative affect of Ethereum price too. Also, there are so many short positions build up on Ethereum that it seems hard to tell if a rally is pending for Ethereum or more downturn towards 2000$ mark.
