However, this should be just a short stopover since it is more or less the previous high.

A logical target sits between 0.045 - 0.05. However, it might take some time and short retests.

Here's probably my favorite trade signal of the day.

→ $COTI flashed a bullish EMA crossover on the daily chart.
→ Based on 14 historical events, the signal has a win rate of almost 86%.
→ Most technical indicators look good. Especially in terms of momentum indicators, COTI looks promising (bullish MACD and neutral RSI and Oscillators).
→ Chart looks good too. The token made a higher high on the daily chart, is in an uptrend, and had a small pullback — usually a perfect entry.
→ Negative aspect: The ADX is weak. Therefore, it can make sense to wait for more strength.

If the market enters a bullish scenario and signal plays out, we could quickly see COTI challenge 0.175 - reflecting a ~30% potential.

ETHEREUM — 4k Pre-Announcement Pump — 5k Next Stop?

Ethereum woke up and seemed to be ready for a pre-announcement pump.

I would assume that $ETH challenges the 4k level before an announcement about the #ETHETFS is made today.

The big questions of course is, what will happen after the announcement. Let's have a look:

Option 1️⃣ - The ETF won't be approved or the approval gets postponed. In this case we can assume a massive drop to 2.6-2.5k. However, I think it will quickly recover and we end the day at 2.8-3k.

Option 2️⃣ - The ETF gets approved. As mentioned yesterday, I don't expect a sell the news event. Since an approval was unlikely until a couple of days ago it is also unlikely that the price already reflects a possible approval.

Therefore, we will see volatility but imho to the upside.

I would go as far as saying that ETH would tackle the ATH shortly after approval (probably today).

So, let's see what the day will bring, lean back and enjoy the show!

Tellor — Reversal, Reclaim Support 👉 17% Short-Term Potential

$TRB completely invalidated my #bearish scenarios yesterday.

All signs pointed towards a further correction to the $90 level. However, #Tellor chose to take massive bullish action instead.

As a result, the level between 140-150 is now back in play.

→ Tellor printed a picture-perfect Morning Star Doji. This pattern is often a clear sign of a trend reversal (and it worked perfectly in Tellor's case).
→ Yesterday, Tellor reclaimed the 115 level.
→ A retest of the level today was successful.
→ Technical indicators look mainly bullish or neutral.

Therefore, if the market doesn't go crazy, I expect Tellor to retest the upper channel boundary between 140 and 150 soon.

Let's see if this prediction works better than my last one ;)

$LINK — Ready To Roll?

So far, Chainlink has been showing a rather weak performance compared to other altcoins. Moreover, in its $BTC pair Chainlink is still at its cycle low.

Positively framed: There's much room to pump.

When looking at the chart, LINK has successfully tested its major support at $13. Additionally, momentum indicators, such as the Stochastic RSI or WillR have turned bullish.

On top of that, LINK flashed a Power Scalper trading signals. The signals uses the RSI, the Semaphore Signal Level Channel (SSL) and the Trend Direction Force Index.

The bullish signal calculated a profit potential of 71%. Sounds heavy — however, actually it perfectly fits with LINK's previous high.

The technical indicators do not signal a bullish reversal. Therefore, a move towards 0.19 looks programmed.

Especially since the overall market performs weak at the moment.

It remains a risky trade since OAX had some sudden short pumps (followed by an immediate sell-off).

However, most of the pumps appeared on the way up - therefore, I prefer a tighter stop loss.
