South Korean prosecutors have found new evidence that Terra founder Do Kwon conspired with former Chai CEO Shin Hyun-Sung to deceive investors with fraudulent transactions. 🕵️‍♂️ According to Yonhap News Agency, Terraform Labs co-founder Kwon Do-Hyeong and former CEO of Chai Corporation Shin Hyun-Sung acted together to deceive investors with fake transactions. Prosecutors allege that Kwon and Shin planned to manipulate Terra-related operations and deceive investors from the beginning of the project. However, Shin and the other defendants attribute the collapse of Terra and Luna to Kwon's failed management and external attacks. Kwon left South Korea in April 2022, just before the collapse of Terra and Luna, and was arrested in Montenegro in March 2023 for passport forgery.
