Odaily Planet Daily News Jupiter co-founder meow said on the X platform that Meme Coin is a user-generated currency and is the most powerful and fastest mechanism to date to align originally completely random people economically, financially and ideologically. The lack of practicality and infrastructure is a feature, not a defect. This allows any talented community builder, capital raiser and narrative communicator to start a project without technical accumulation or expertise. However, this "feature" is easy to abuse-just because it only requires people's willingness, it is easy to forge through a series of mechanisms, especially because in an era when identities have become wallet addresses and social media robots, "people" are difficult to define, and when promises are made to provide free money, a large number of real people can be activated. That being said, we can't confuse abuse and promises-even if there is abuse, the promise is real. We as an industry must figure out how to fulfill this promise and curb abuse. I am 10000% sure that this will happen. There will be endless experiments, platforms and people trying to solve this problem. As long as we focus on participants and communities participating in long-term PPP (Participant-Platform-Protocol) and don't deal with people who participate in PVP (Participant-Value-Protocol) for quick money, I am very confident that we will solve this problem together. Just like UGC (User Generated Content) ushered in a new era for how humans interact with each other, UGM (User Generated Currency) can do the same, if it’s lucky.
