Community is always king. If a project wants to succeed, it must manage its own community seriously, respect the community, and let the community participate in and make decisions on the development of the project. I have met many project founders who always feel that their projects are like their own children and always want to take control, just like many parents control their children.
Respecting the community will have positive feedback and gain the respect of the community and users. Bitcoin is a very good example. After the founder Satoshi Nakamoto disappeared, the project exploded.
Many of our project management models are more like traditional companies, flying the banner of decentralization, but still do not trust the community and open source developers. #Bitcoin❗ #中本聪
