Staking is a game with negative expectations. Beware of staking at a distance, it will kill. 😱
Staking is always a game with negative expectations, a deliberately losing path. I'll try to explain it with my fingers.
If a person selected 10 coins from a bear market, analyzed them, marked them as promising and set a goal of x20 in a bull market (for the long term), then if at least one coin reaches the goal, then automatically, even if the rest are scammed, the person will already be in plus. And taking into account the fact that you can get out of any scam project with the right approach and if risk management and money management were initially followed, then it turns out to be a game with positive expectations at a distance. 😎 Even if the coins do not give the desired profit, they will show at least some results provided that they were bought on a bull and sold on a bear.
Now staking is a game with a deliberately negative expectation. Not only does a person store coins on an exchange, where they belong not to him, but to the exchange (read the article about exchanges), but he also blocks these same coins for some period of time, thereby depriving himself of the opportunity in the event of an exchange scam or any -she has problems at least trying to get them out of there. 😬
Moment. The exchange is not even equal to the bank. Banks will collapse, although they have a large margin of safety and at least some antifragility (read recommendations about books). Exchanges on the crypto market are absolutely unreliable offices that can and should be used for convenience, for purchases, sales and many other actions, BUT NOT FOR STORING DEPOSITS ON THEM!!!! Any exchange has absolutely no strength, without exception, any exchange can be scammed, and the money that you considered yours on it yesterday will simply go away. 😢
Bottom line: for a dubious 10+%, a person deprives himself of the opportunity to save his portfolio, deprives himself of the opportunity, if it is justified, to sell coins immediately (the situation on the crypto market is always changeable, and it is important to always be on the alert), turns the coins for which he paid HIS money goes to the exchange funds, and in return he receives as much as 10-15%. Isn't this stupid? 🤷
An example was given with exchanges, but besides them there are still a bunch of other structures where you can stake coins - this, generally speaking, is the BOTTOM in human language!! 😤
