CoinVoice recently learned that according to the Snapshot governance page, the Aave community voted to pass the "Increase the USDC bridge reserve factor in all deployments" ARFC proposal, which will gradually increase the reserve factor (RF) of bridging USDC (USDC.e and USDbC) in Arbitrum, Optimism, Polygon and Base Aave deployments.
