"(The possibility of Russia using tactical nuclear weapons) Unfortunately, this is neither a scare nor a nuclear bluff. The current military conflict with the West is developing according to the worst possible scenario. Therefore, no one today ignores the possibility of the conflict moving to the 'final stage' can't."
