Four typical stages of a bull market
1. Bitcoin leads: In the early stages of a bull market, Bitcoin's market dominance will increase, and a large amount of funds will flow into Bitcoin and its ecosystem, driving up its price.
2. Ethereum takes over: Subsequently, Ethereum takes over the baton of leading the rise, and with the rise of hot concepts such as AI, Web3, Layer2, blockchain games, metaverse, and new public chains, related altcoins also begin to rise.
3. Full outbreak: The bull market enters the middle stage, market sentiment reaches its peak, almost all currencies are rising, and investors may see assets double quickly. This stage is the peak of the speculative boom, various MEME coins and new projects emerge in an endless stream, and the market is full of FOMO sentiment.
4. Bubble burst: In the late stage of the bull market, the market begins to show signs of collapse, major currencies and altcoins may experience a sharp retracement, many projects may return to zero, and the market will eventually enter a bear market.
