Stress itself is a person's reaction, both physical and emotional, when facing changes in the environment that require a person to adapt.

2. Change our reactions to sources of stress
3. Do fun activities or hobbies
4. Do relaxation techniques
5. Tell the story to someone closest or trusted
6. Maintain physical health, such as eating nutritious food, exercising and adopting clean and healthy behavior
Stress conditions are normal, because in life we will definitely face changes in life that require us to be able to adapt.
