In the past two days, I have been flooded with information about layerzero airdrops.
L0 redefined the terms "furry" and "witch", and taught furry people a lesson
Hair pulling is not as simple as following the tutorial
Let's first look at the official witch's statement
15% reward for self-reporting
10% reward for reporting others
Next is a personal guess based on the rules
One: If you are a single entity with dozens, hundreds, or thousands of addresses.
This is very simple. The target here is the professional team studio that collects money in bulk. This type of user is a witch, but the official also gives 7 days for self-surrender to get the originally expected 15% airdrop.
Two: If you mint a “worthless” NFT with the sole purpose of moving it.
I guess the "worthless" here refers to worthless and low-quality TX. If the purpose of minting NFT is just to combine the third point and use NFT cross-chain, high-quality TX will have nothing to do with you. It is obviously a professional brush.
Three: If you have used the popular "Witch Farming" app.
This does not mean that you will be marked as a Sybil as long as you use protocols such as Merkly and L2pass. It just means that normal users will not use NFT cross-chain in large quantities and frequently. Most behaviors are extremely dangerous. If most of your TX data is NFT cross-chain, then this address is likely to be marked as a Sybil.
Four: If you are bridging $0.01 back and forth just to touch a chain.
This needs to be clear. What is the meaning of cross-chain itself? Are you going to buy local dogs, or to buy NFTs, or just for the sake of brushing? For normal users using cross-chain bridges, the minimum single cross-chain transaction will not be less than $50, otherwise it is meaningless. The average gas cost of a cross-chain is about $1.6.
Five: If you think you are a witch, then you probably are.
The most outrageous thing about this is that it can be regarded as official nonsense, and it’s useless.
Personal summary
LayerZero Airdrop: Signs of danger
1: Addresses with serious homogeneity signs are quite dangerous
1: Single cross-chain transactions with an amount below $50 are very dangerous
3. The high-frequency use of NFT cross-chain is extremely dangerous
4: Low-quality TX for the sake of brushing is quite dangerous
5: It is quite dangerous if it has not interacted with other ecological protocols
6: Personal understanding: cross-chain amount > cross-chain tx number > monthly activity
7: What should I do if I feel that all of the above apply?
If your L0 is done together with ZKS, Linea and other projects, it is recommended not to self-report. If you hold on, there may be a glimmer of hope. The probability is much better than self-reporting directly. If your L0 is independent, it is recommended to hold on to the big account and self-report the small account
That’s all for today.
