These people are classified as small investors in the market.
If a stock is to be speculated on, it must first be cleared of small investors.
The reason is very simple. The only audience that will buy the shares at the peak price is small investors.
If there is a concentration of small investors in a stock, there will be no buyers for that stock at its peak price. On the contrary, it will sell heavily before even reaching the peak price target.
If there are few small investors in the stock you invest in, the potential may be higher.
