Normally when market dumps , i mean a flat dump not a downtrend , there can be 3 cases of what happens:
1st - Market dumps and then recovers to the same point it dumped from , Dca buyers happy , holders don't care , panic sellers out of the market.
2nd - Market dumps once then consolidates or is stagnant then dumps again giving basically the same wick as the first dump , Dca buyers buy more and are a little worried , more panic sellers out , holders don't care.(btc is here)
3rd - this time the market takes a flat crash thrice by consolidating in between , now this is when the whole market goes into depression , some dca buyers quit , panic sellers basically don't exist , and holders are also worried.
I'm just pointing out what seems probable, but considering the war etc we might see the 3rd case , the market still recovers but it takes time, sometimes months , make sure you never invest money that you can't live without.
