Everyone says don't sell and you lose
I disagree with them
Do not sell while losing (if you are not using leverage)
But if you are a fan of leverage and will be exposed to liquidation and do not have any leverage, then you must save the rest of your money and play again at another time and compensate for your losses.
But if you are trading without leverage and buy the currency at the bottom and sell it at the top, then do not sell at all because the currency will rise sooner or later, even if it remains for a full year in its declining trend, it will rise.
