Some project parties on the Solana chain choose to burn liquidity with one click to increase token security and enhance token credibility.

What does burning liquidity mean?

Burning liquidity in Solana will permanently remove these tokens/LPs from circulation. This operation is irreversible. Once executed, these tokens/LPs cannot be restored, which may affect the market value of related assets. Currently, most projects on the market will perform this operation after adding liquidity to ensure the security of tokens and increase project credibility.

The operation process of burning liquidity is basically the same as removing liquidity.

What is a pool ID?

  • Pool ID is the unique identifier of the liquidity pool on Raydium, also called AMM ID. Each liquidity pool has a unique Pool ID, which is used to uniquely identify the pool on the Raydium platform. Users can use Pool ID to access, trade or provide liquidity to the pool. Through these liquidity pools, users can trade assets, provide liquidity, and obtain transaction fee rewards.
