The board consists of a total of seven people, of which three are independent and not from Binance
According to Binance's website, the company's board of directors is currently chaired by:
- Gabriel Abed, former ambassador of Barbados to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- CEO of Binance: Richard Teng
- Co-founder of Binance: Heina Chen
- 2 Directors of Binance: Jinkai He and Lilai Wang
- CEO of Bayview Acquisition Corp: Xin Wang
- Gojo & Company Arnaud Ventura Managing Partners: Roger Wang and Rock He
