Binance Charity, the humanitarian arm of the leading blockchain platform Binance, has teamed up with the Children of Heroes foundation to extend assistance to children affected by the ongoing conflict in Ukraine, as reported to Finbold on April 2.
The collaboration is centered around organizing a 12-day therapeutic retreat named “I am Da Vinci” to support 50 children who have been orphaned due to the war in Ukraine.
A sum of 50,000 Tether (USDT) (equivalent to 2,000,000 UAH) secured through donations from Binance Charity will be utilized to facilitate this camp experience.
The core objectives of "I am Da Vinci"
The primary aim of the endeavor is to create a nurturing environment to aid children in dealing with their trauma.
The retreat will offer a wide range of activities and resources with a focus on emotional healing, fostering community bonds, and providing psychological support.
Kyrylo Khomiakov, Binance’s Regional Head for CEE & Central Asia, stressed the significance of easing the suffering of children.

Crucial psychological support will be available throughout the camp's duration to assist participants in processing their emotions, understanding their losses, and coping with the aftermath of their traumatic experiences.
Through the establishment of a supportive environment, the program seeks to mitigate feelings of isolation and loneliness, enabling children to forge new, meaningful connections with peers who share similar experiences.
