RNP-011 Piwa — Create Millions of 3D Training Assets, authored by @EMostaque (founder of the famous AI application stable diffusion, now joined the RNDR advisory team), is now open for community discussion on the official Render Discord.

Below is a detailed description of the proposal, which aims to create @rendernetwork 3D datasets and @StabilityAI for the next generation of AI applications

- Proposal Overview

Render Network and Stability AI plan to collaborate to create a dataset of 1 billion 3D assets for training new 3D-focused AI models.

- Why is this important?

3D data for training AI models is scarce and difficult to scale, limiting development in this field. RNP-011 will solve this problem by providing a massive dataset of billions of 3D assets for training AI systems.

How will these datasets be created?

Render Network nodes will participate in the generation of 3D assets, and users can stake RENDER tokens to support these nodes and receive rewards.

Tracking and Licensing

The provenance information of the generated 3D data will be tracked using compressed NFTs on @solana. Buyers will need to license the dataset using RENDER tokens.

Community Participation

Artists can also upload their own 3D assets to the dataset, and community members can participate by tagging 3D datasets. This can increase diversity and community participation in the next generation of AI models.

- Funding

RNP-011 will be funded from the remaining RENDER tokens designated for liquidity pool incentives in RNP-006.
