STOPLOSS EXPLAINED IN THE SIMPLEST TERMS - IN LAYMAN..

Well, let’s assume you’re held captive and your capturer needs some valuable information from you that you took an oath never to share with any other person that really finds it useful to them.

But the thing is, the person who captured you is quite the torturer.. the terrorist status.

He asks you for the first time to tell them what you know, but you refuse. But then he chops off one of your fingers, if you don’t talk whenever he asks you to reveal what you know, you will keep losing one finger at a time.

For how long will you be able to keep quite till perhaps he may leave you, believing that you may actually know nothing about him hat he’s asking you. ?!

Same goes for stop loss, how long do you think you can lose before it actually goes back again to hit your take profit. Or you willing to lose a lot if you don’t set a stop loss?!
