Data: Bitcoin contract open interest reaches $33.94 billion, a record high

On March 13, according to SoSo Value data, Bitcoin contract positions hit a record high today. As of press time, Bitcoin contract holdings have reached US$33.94 billion, exceeding the second high of US$23.04 billion in November 2021. At the same time, the Bitcoin funding rates of mainstream trading platforms including Binance and OKX also hit a new high since the beginning of 2023.
