🚀 Attention crypto enthusiasts! Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Chairman Rostin Behnam said that Bitcoin and Ether are both considered commodities.
This was in response to SEC-licensed company Prometheum's decision to offer ETH custody services.
Although the SEC has not explicitly stated whether ETH is a security or a commodity, Behnam emphasized that the conclusion that Ether is a commodity is a “years-old decision” and that the markets behaved well.
