By participating in the Promotion, users agree to be bound by these Promotion Rules and accept the following additional terms and conditions: a) Binance Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; b) Binance Terms of Use; c) Binance Privacy Terms. All provisions listed are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Rules and any other terms and conditions, the provisions of these Promotion Rules will govern, followed in order of priority by: (a) Binance Prize Promotion Terms and Conditions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Policy.

Tokens received as part of the welcome bonus can only be sold. Tokens cannot be withdrawn from the user's account until the user reaches a total trading volume equivalent to 50 USDT across any spot and margin pairs after receiving the welcome gift.
