Greetings friends 🙋♂️
Today I discussed #Arbitrum, a #Layer2 project. 🚀
So, what does#Arbitrumcontribute to #Blockchain? Let's examine it together. 👀👇
👉 #Arbitrum is a layer two scaling solution that runs on the #Ethereum blockchain and is designed to increase the scalability of #Ethereum. It was developed to provide a solution to the problems of #Ethereum's main blockchain, such as limited transaction capacity and high transaction fees.
👉 #Arbitrum is a parallel blockchain protocol called "sidechain".
This protocol has a structure that runs on the#Ethereummain chain and trusts the main chain. Trust in the mainchain is the foundation of #Arbitrum's security model. Transactions occurring on the sidechain are secured by a “decentralized security requirement” on the main chain. This relaxes the transaction capacity of the main chain while ensuring the security of the side chain.
The way Arbitrum works is as follows. 👇👇
👉 Users send a certain amount of Ethereum to the main chain #Ethereum .
It is passed to the #Arbitrum side chain and transactions are performed on the side chain.
Once transactions on the sidechain are completed, the results are sent back to the#Ethereummainchain and recorded on the main chain.
👉 This process reduces the load on the #Ethereum blockchain and reduces transaction fees. At the same time, faster transactions occur on #Arbitrum's sidechain because the sidechain increases transaction speed and capacity.
👉 #Arbitrum is an important development for the #Ethereum ecosystem because it increases #Ethereum's scalability while offering smart contract developers a wider transaction capacity.
This allows Ethereum-based applications to perform faster and lower-cost transactions. For this reason, it has been welcomed and adopted with great enthusiasm within the #Ethereum community.
Thank you for taking the time to read. 🙏
I added it to my cart a long time ago and shared a post about it.
