Changing the name of Polkadat

In the first official community vote for the network, Polkadot token holders voted by a factor of 100 to change the name between DOT and its smallest unit, Plancks. The change was officially implemented in block #1,248,328 on August 21st, but the move did not affect Polkadat's pre-market valuation.🚀
