$SOL was down yesterday! reason and why???

The process paused for ~30 minutes, solana did not see any block chain writes within the above time threshold, so is solana really safe?? Is this an opportunity to accumulate Sol?

As for me, I was also a Solana fan, but many events led to the decision > Algorand and other related systems (personal opinion), I firmly believe that Solana will thrive but that is not safe for me. !
