Separation of interests

For those who do not have ORDI, some people choose to speculate on other currencies, but many small retail investors do not understand the value of inscriptions and blindly follow the trend. While many new protocols are emerging, not all are profitable. The only ones that really deserve attention are leading projects, such as ORDI.

Too many sickles

In addition to new protocols, many new projects have emerged recently. Some stagnant protocols and projects have entered the Bitcoin ecosystem through reskin and have regained attention. Several projects have had a fair launch at Inscription IDO, and new projects are constantly emerging. These projects have only one ultimate goal, but are seen as valuable by some. At the same time, L2 projects have also been developed, and some have even been developed for 8 years. There are also projects that have received huge amounts of financing and want to become the leader. Although they are all good projects, they may not be accepted by everyone.

Fragmentation of consensus

The inscription on the Bitcoin chain is an innovation that solves the problem of issuing assets. Inscriptions on other chains are also necessary because they provide traffic, resources, and pre-sale mechanisms, and can even handle exchanges and wallets.

However, there are currently more bookmakers than retail investors, causing many projects to return to zero. There is a consensus problem in the ATOM ecology. The previous electronic project failed, and various projects such as proton and neutron appeared later, but the homogeneity was serious. The Quark project has a large number of participants, but market funds are limited, and players are worried about the risks of missing out and returning to zero.

From a protocol level, it is a question of which project people choose to hype. 3BODY with high content may become the next target. The ATOM protocol needs a strong currency as a benchmark to make other coins despair. Retail investors should choose leading projects to reduce risks.

The distribution method of a coin is actually not important. What is important is that the chip distribution should be as scientific as possible:

They are all retail investors, and there is a dead end.

It's all dealers, it's a dead end.

All scientists are dead ends.

A better distribution of tokens is for people with energy to get the big ones and retail investors with low energy to get the small ones. In this way, the vitality will be much stronger.

What is an energetic person? Those who are big, resourceful, influential, and have organizational/publicity capabilities are all.

If you take a lot of coins without energy, the project will die.

2. What is the real value of the Bitcoin ecosystem?

The first asset issuance on the Bitcoin chain, such as BRC20 and ARC20, actually issued a virtual item called MEME. The value of this MEME is that it provides a fair entry opportunity when the price of Bitcoin increases.

When the big pie and the small pie rise to 100,000 and 1-5% respectively, the value of each MEME can be as high as 1000-5000U. This not only attracts more people to pay attention to the Bitcoin chain, but also provides solutions to the problems of the Bitcoin chain. A new solution. However, coins like CZHY have no practical meaning because their names have nothing to do with the rise and fall, and they cannot form a consensus. Although there are many coins and protocols like CZHY, leeks are easily attracted to other coins, causing them to get stuck.

Therefore, we need to expect exciting new things from geeky protocols like ATOM, but also realize that a strong competitor needs to emerge before the consensus can split. Ultimately, whichever protocol comes first, the important thing is that they come sooner.

3. Is there still a chance?

People expect the market to rise to drive Inscription. When BTC rises, ORDI will also rise. This is actually a kind of leveraged BTC. However, this is not a real opportunity. The real opportunity is the influx of new people and funds, as well as widespread ecological recognition. The main reasons for listing coins on exchanges are brand and trading volume. Nowadays, many things are templated, such as the Tugou team, BTC L2 and the Bitcoin ecological protocol, etc. Still, true value needs to stand the test of time.

I have some simple logic to look at the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem:

First, I hold the faucet firmly. ORDI and atom are my choices. There are many other protocols to play with, so why not also play the leading one. Needless to say, ORDI, ATOM, currently supports wallets, transaction volume, currency holding addresses, etc., "far ahead". Technically, AVM is no worse than various L2s. It is native to Bitcoin and is good for one coin and one Satoshi.

The second is to be careful with the dealer. The dealer tells all kinds of stories. You can either go with the dealer or be cautious. I think that with so many people in this industry, to a certain extent, whether it is a banker, a new project or a new story, they will eventually be empowered by these leading protocols and ecology.

The third is to look at the essence. Everyone can tell a story, but it becomes clearer when you look at it over time.

#BTC #ORDI.
