In collaboration with Offchain Labs, The Arbitrum Foundation has announced the launch of the Arbitrum Expansion Program and the Arbitrum Developer Guild.
This program allows teams to create custom Arbitrum Orbit Chains, allowing them to deploy their own version of the Arbitrum technology stack.
