According to Foresight News, crypto custodian BitGo announced that it has hired former Silvergate Bank president Ben Reynolds as managing director and head of dollar standard. Ben will be responsible for overseeing the development of BitGo's dollar standard stablecoin USDS, which will be launched next year.
Ben has over 25 years of experience in the fintech, software, banking, and asset management sectors, most recently serving as President of Silvergate Bank, where he oversaw company-wide revenue growth and served as a member of the executive team that scaled Silvergate into a public company in 2019.
